AN EXTRAORDINARY DROP IN – NOT A CLASS
We are the only cold read scenes drop-in in Vancouver. We are celebrating our 6th year in the studio at Cineworks and are now welcoming performers with a range of experience.. Drop in to act out a scene and/or bring in a scene to watch or direct it. Monologues are welcome as well. Performers often hook up with independent filmmakers present.

Actors are given the opportunity to act out the scene again based on audience suggestions.

Actor’s drop-in is a terrific place to strech the old acting muscles. Have and audition coming up, want to practice your monologue? You can do that. Maybe you just need that acting fix. I can’t think of a better place to do it. No I’m not an operater of the Drop-In just a long time actor who keeps coming back because he loves it. And the fact that we generally all socialize at karaoke at Jupiter Lounge afterwards doesn’t hurt either.
